suresmile is a treatment system for multibracket therapy in which the position of the brackets on the teeth is determined digitally and the personalised treatment is planned out on a 3D computer model.
Based on this plan, a sequence of arch wires are then robotically shaped and delivered for use on the patient.

Scanning with the suresmile orascanner
The first step is scanning your teeth with the suresmile orascanner and creating a 3D model of your teeth for the computer-aided treatment planning.
suresmile 3D Treatment Planning
The resulting 3D model of your teeth is carefully analysed using the suresmile 3D treatment planning software to determine the best strategy for you personally.
The path of each individual tooth is simulated, and the wires are designed digitally. The entire course of your treatment can be visualised at this time.
Robotically Shaped Wires
The aligners are then bent into the exact shape for each step by a robot. All arch wires are custom made for every patient and every stage of treatment. Therefore no two arch wires are alike. The data from the suresmile software is sent to high-tech robotic arms that fabricate the arches with extreme precision.
